CCCUN Membership Meeting
Thursday, March 29, 2012,  6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at NYU Medical Center, 550 First Avenue, East 31st and First Ave., New York, NY, Room Schwartz E.Â
Enter main entrance of NYU Medical Center and bear right after security desk. Â Go through glass sided corridor to Elevator B on left side. Â Go down one floor to lower level. Make a right and continue along corridor pass room D and make a left to room E.
Speakers for the meeting include Rob Wheeler, UN Representative, Global Ecovillage Network & Commons Action for the UN,  who will be discussing the preparatory meetings and recent events taking place at the UN this past week regarding the upcoming Rio+20 UN Conference on Sustainable Development. Also discussed will be the outcome document for the conference.
Mary Carlin, Â UN Representative, Earth Society Foundation, who will discuss events from Earth Day and United Nations Peace Bell Ceremony.
There will also be opportunity for discussion about activities in which our members are involved. Some members have expressed interest in discussing the Occupy movement.
